Communication
Communication is not only part of customer service but the most important attribute of customer service. I see sorors as customers and they should receive great customer service at all times. As your next International Grand Grammateus, I will build relationships with members and seek to understand past challenges. I will commit to responding to members in a timely manner to resolve requests or serve as a mediator with other officers and or ICHQ staff to obtain a resolution.
Operating Systems
As your next International Grand Grammateus, my vision is to integrate the way we do business. I want to capitalize on the current systems in place and transition all regions to “One Sigma.” So what is “One Sigma” from a financial view? My goal is to work with our technology and finance teams to remove the barriers to payment submission at the National and Regional levels. The goal is to integrate current systems being used by each region to allow dues submission with one click in IMIS, the current ICHQ system that houses membership data.
Reporting
As the International Grand Grammateus, it is important to identify process gaps to make sure that the system data is correct. This would involve working with Regional Grammatei and the technology staff at ICHQ to analyze data to identify these gaps. My focal points would be to provide data analysis to assist with membership growth across the sisterhood, reviewing the processes for reactivation, transferring between regions and chapters, and updating & correcting membership types.
Education
As your next International Grand Grammateus, it is my goal to educate our global membership and provide one-on-one support as needed. I will work with ICHQ to provide updated written processes as well as step-by-step video tutorials that could be posted on the National website. My goal is to have quarterly meetings with the Regional Grammatei to listen to their ideas and concerns to assist with regional and local administration.
