Appointed by the International Board of Directors in 2022, Sharron currently serves in the role of International Grand Grammateus. In 2020, Sharron was asked to join the Finance Task Force Team which is aligned with the Budget and Finance Committee. While in this role, she worked with the Finance Manager at ICHQ. She assisted with outlining a flow map with key roles and responsibilities for both volunteers, officers, and staff and developed a sound reporting package monthly inclusive of bank reconciliations, credit card spending analysis, and budget vs. actual performance.

As the current International Grand Grammateus, Sharron is responsible for reviewing and approving all sorority disbursements, tracking actual versus budget performance for income, preparing invoices, preparing reports for conferences, and assisting with chapters’ and affiliates’ records for the organization.

Sharron understands and has been in leadership for both sides of the sorority’s financials. Sharron is the Immediate Past Northeastern Region Tamiochus and served for four years. While in this role, she implemented complete online registration for all regional meetings and moved all financial matters electronically to QuickBooks to provide real time financials for the Region. During her tenure, she provided financial workshops throughout the Region and assisted with one-on-one training for chapters that desired to align with the Region using QuickBooks.

As the current International Grand Grammateus, it is her quest to continue serving in this role to share her knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience on an international level. She plans to expand my current framework of C.O.R.E. to shape the organization's financial strategic direction.
